1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Winners Journal ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Winners Journal is a trading journal application that allows users to record, review, and analyze their trading activity. The Service is for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Not financial advice: Winners Journal is a journaling and analytics tool. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial advice, trading recommendations, or investment guidance. You trade at your own risk.

3. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You must provide accurate information during registration.
• One account per person. You may not share accounts.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to access other users' data.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
• Upload malicious code or content.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
• Resell or sublicense the Service without written permission.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Winners Journal offers a free trial period and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees listed at the time of purchase.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
• Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods, except where required by law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

6. Your Data

You own your trading data. We do not claim any rights to it. You can export or delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

7. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or always available. You use the Service at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Winners Journal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, trading losses, or data loss, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before significant changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Qatar. Any disputes shall be resolved in Qatari courts.
